The fastest route to an answer is the phone - but these are the questions we hear most, so here are the answers up front.
Do you work 24/7?
Yes - we are on duty around the clock, seven days a week, including nights, weekends and holidays. A blowout does not pick a time, so neither do we: we always answer the phone and arrange the call-out right away.
How fast can you reach the vehicle?
Arrival time depends on where you are standing - we are fastest in and around the Tricity, because that is where we set out from. Call, tell us your location, and you will hear a realistic arrival time right away: no "5 minutes" promises, just a time we keep.
Do you repair tyres on the motorway shoulder?
Yes - repair and replacement happen where the vehicle stands: on the shoulder of the A1, S6 or S7, at a parking area, in a transport depot or on the customer's yard. If you are on the road, take care of safety first - triangle, hi-vis, a spot behind the barrier - and we will sort the details on the phone.
Repair or replace - how do you decide?
The tyre's condition decides. Tread punctures and leaking valves we usually repair on the spot; with more serious sidewall damage or a worn tread we recommend a replacement - we carry popular sizes on board. We always tell you straight which option makes more sense.
Do you balance wheels with weights?
Yes - we balance wheels on site, with weights or balancing powder, depending on the wheel and the application. We balance with every steering-tyre replacement.
Which vehicles do you service?
Trucks, trailers and semi-trailers, buses and coaches. We also service tyres on tractors, loaders and other agricultural and construction machinery. We work on heavy-duty tyres only, not passenger cars.
What payment methods do you accept? Do you issue VAT invoices?
We issue a VAT invoice for every job. We serve transport companies and fleets - ongoing settlement arrangements are possible too. Payment by cash or bank transfer; the details are agreed when you place the order.
What area do you cover?
All of the Pomeranian voivodeship plus the access corridors: the Grudziądz area on the A1, the Elbląg area on the S7 and the western edge towards Koszalin on the S6 - within roughly 150 km by road from Gdańsk.
Do you bring new tyres?
Yes - we combine service with sales. For a replacement we bring new tyres in popular sizes and brands, fit them on the spot and take the old ones away. Planned fleet swaps are agreed in advance, and we service the vehicles outside the fleet's working hours.
What should I have ready before calling?
Three things are enough: the exact location (parking area, gate, road kilometre or a map pin), the vehicle type and the tyre size - best read off the sidewall or from a photo. With that we pick the equipment and the tyre before we even set off.
